For those of you who don't have a car, fear not - there are a number of affordable ways to get around Seattle:
- download the Uber app and follow the instructions - we highly recommend this! You'll know the fare upfront and your credit card will be automatically charged
- download the Lyft app (same idea as Uber)
- car2go (if you already have an account)
- King County Metro (download the OneBusAway app to get real time updates) [note that you must have exact fare - hang on to your singles and quarters! Click here for fare information]

- Seattle Orange Cab @ (206) 522-8800 [note that cabs will likely cost more than Ubers or Lyfts]
If you're flying in to Seattle, the Link light rail will get you downtown in approx. 40 minutes - follow the train signs in SeaTac
- you can also catch an Uber from the 3rd floor of the parking garage at the Rideshare/TNC pickup zone
- cars for hire in the Rideshare zone cost about the same as a cab
